I am here to support you while working through a variety of struggles you’re dealing with such as reducing and managing anxiety, depression, anger, grief, life transition, workplace stress or situational stressors. I have specialized training in working with PTSD, CPTSD, and trauma related responses.

 

 

We are all unique individuals, and how we experience things can be different for all of us. My training in various therapeutic modalities gives me a variety of strategies to support you with your personal and therapeutic goals.

I am a big believer in all things balance. I try to live a balanced lifestyle and feel my best when I am nourishing my body with healthy foods, moving my body, and creating periods in which I can slow down and rest.


I’ve always loved getting to know people on a deeper level; what makes them who they are? I support people in understanding that what they are experiencing isn’t because there’s something ‘wrong with them’ but a normal response to lived experiences and the environment that surrounds us. I’m passionate about why we do what we do as humans, and it’s an approach I take with all my clients, giving them the space to feel seen and understood.

We start by getting to know each other. I gain insight of how you’re feeling, what you’re currently experiencing, what is contributing to the problem and your therapeutic goals.

Going forward, we’ll create a plan to support your therapeutic goals or intentions for therapy.
