An integrative approach using different therapeutic modalities such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) to support more regulation in the body and help you feel the way you want to feel.

Our sessions are a safe space to allow you to reflect and explore the way you’re feeling and experiences you’ve gone through, while also giving you a better understanding as to what is contributing to the way you are feeling.

We start by getting to know each other. I gain insight of how you’re feeling, what you’re currently experiencing, what is contributing to the problem and your therapeutic goals.

Going forward, we’ll create a plan to support your therapeutic goals or intentions for therapy.
